CSG is contracted to manage the marketing and signage programs for Village at Griesbach, a beautiful community located in North Edmonton. This year, the Canadian Home Builders Association – Edmonton Region (CHBA-ER) has nominated Griesbach for five Awards of Excellence, three of which are marketing awards!
Village at Griesbach is nominated for Best Community, Best Show Home Parade, Best Digital Advertising Campaign, Best Integrated Advertising Campaign, and Best Print Ad. We’re incredibly proud to have played a significant role in helping the community receive these nominations!
We work incredibly hard on the pageantry and signage within the community and at the Show Home Parade, making sure the flags and signage are in the right place for wayfinding as well as remain updated and well maintained. Our signage program for Griesbach is one of the largest we work with, as we perform all the designing and implementation of signage, as well as audits and upkeep.
Our work in advertising for Village at Griesbach has been an exciting opportunity as we showcase the many elements of the community. We’ve chosen to feature their unique pricing structure, unique zoning and building opportunities, as well as the legacy and beauty of the community. Each of these elements has been nominated for an award this year at the 2021 CHBA-ER Awards of Excellence!
